Bottle at home that like so many before it should have been saved for tomorrow. Very nice hazy gold pour. Nose mostly save and some farm. Sage dominates but still pleasant, light peppercorn, some grapefruit, some grass, some funky farmhouse, some black plumb. Enjoyed third glass more than first. Interesting.

The Well, Brooklyn tap: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is sage, farmhouse funk, spice. Taste is spicy. Peppercorn is pretty light but the sage is more prominent. Good.

Bottle. Hazy to cloudy straw color, white head. Sage and peppercorn aroma. Sage and peppercorn overwhelm the taste.

Draught @ Ginger Man. Milky bright yellow with foamy white head, sage aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter citrusy taste with a chili bite and sage flavor, hint of yeast in the background, thin body, long citrusy finish with throat burning chili aftereffect. Very interesting and complex brew.
