Bottle. Bee Darnall. Label says nothing about it being unpasteurised. But I can’t find anything else on here. Well chilled in anticipation of it being necessary. Christ this is sweet. Like tooth achingly so. Even really cold. I mean it’s the first beer of the evening so it’s going down, but it’s not easy and it’s not pleasant. I’ll pull through fine, but it’s not a bev I’ll bother with again. Bit grim.

Bottle. Crystal clear bright golden color, dense white head with good retention and webby lacing. Aroma of cereal, straw, paper. Taste has lemon, wet paper.

Poured from bottle golden color with a thin white head. Aromas of malt hay and a slight sweetness. Taste is grainy malty and slightly bitter.

zapach słodowy, lekko miodowy z drobnymi sugestiami drożdży, mało lagerowy. kolor złoty, przejrzysty, piana obfita, ale krótkotrwała i brzydka. w smaku dość pełne, słodowe, słodkie, czuć lekkie drożdże. goryczka niska i trzeba jej sporo szukać, w smaku ziołowa. piwo dziwnie przypomina jakąś pszenicę a nie lagera, ale całkiem przyjemnie się je pije.
