Raspberry & Apples
Banjo’s Maud Cider is inspired by the raspberry cordial drink in Lucy Maud Montomery’s infamous book, Anne of Green Gables. It definitely comes across as thicker and syrupy, to this goal. The apples are sharp and a bit sweet, but fizzles out before the raspberry. Despite the syrupy cordial note, it’s still a lighter bodied cider overall. Not too sweet either.
