Scottish Fruit Sour
Scottish Blueberries, Tayberries and Honeyberries combine for a bright, juicy and well balanced sour. Expect a deceptively dry and easy drinking beer bursting with fruit character that keeps you coming back for more.

Can. Hazy bright pink body with a pale pink head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of cranberry and pomegranate. Flavour of raspberry and red currant with a light sourness. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Well balanced and bright.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - deep red, same colour as the can. Fluffy pinkish-white head.
Nose - funk, tart, raspberry (Tayberry) and blackberry.
Taste - juicy raspberry, Tayberry and now the blueberry coming through.
Palate - light to medium bodied, low funk, slightly more tart but mainly juicy fruit.
Overall - lovely stuff! Tastes like there is actually real fruit in there!
