Jacobsen Yakima IPA Blodappelsin Edition is a unique variation of our beloved IPA, created especially for Sol over Gudhjem in collaboration with Hussein Mustapha from the ice cream dairy Frossenpind, which has specialized in handmade gourmet popsicles near Aarhus since 2020.
Inspired by Hussein's dedication to natural ingredients, our brewmaster has added blood orange pulp – the same ingredient used in Hussein's popular "Blodappelsin Bo" popsicle, a favorite among the team at Husbryggeriet Jacobsen.

Muddy orange colour with medium head.Aroma is fruity and bitter with flavour of orange peel and hops mild juice and bitter medium body and refreshing finish.

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy orangey amber with a lacing, off-white head. A little oranges in the nose. Medium body, dry, bitter orange notes- almost astringent. Bitter finish. Poor - even by Jacobsen standards. 230825
