So…. we got together with Changing Colours Brewing Project and surprisingly decided to make an extremely heavily dry hopped Double IPA. Dry hopped with Motueka, Motueka CGX, Azacca CGX, Citra and Citra Hyperboost this DIPA is big and sticky all the way through. The body is soft and pillowy but kept pale to let the hop character shine through. We taste notes of tangerine, orange creamsicle, diesel, cantaloupe, and nectarine.
