Our 2nd Anniversary Blend is here! The carefully selected barrels made the blend amazing on their own. But I still wanted to add something that would elevate it even further without masking the barrel. Ugandan vanilla lends more complexity with its floral and earthy spiciness, and with a thoughtful amount of cinnamon, we have a beautiful mix of bold oak, milk and dark chocolate, caramel, and mild roastiness, complemented by a complex and sweet spiciness.
This blend consists of the following barrels:

•⁠ ⁠39% – Imperial Stout aged for 37 months in a Rye Whiskey barrel
•⁠ 28% – Imperial Stout aged for 36 months in a Heaven Hill barrel
•⁠ 16.5% – Barrel-Aged Lady Cupcake (Coconut & Vanilla)
•⁠ ⁠16.5% – Unspoken Blend #1, aged 12 months in Rye Whiskey barrels
