Our Bavarian Dunkel stays true to tradition, crafted using a single-decoction process that enhances its depth and complexity. Pour us a clear dark tan with a large white head. Aroma is a nice mix of caramel malt and bready malt. Flavor is more dark bread malt with just a touch of sweetness, decent herbal hop on the back end. This may be one of the better dunkel's I've had in a great long while.
