Word from the Cellar on this one… “We’re going to Need a Bigger Tank”. Built on our patented blend of Pils, Oat Malt & Wheat, we’ve been fine tuning our water profile to create an insanely soft and chewy drinking experience. Hopped w/ Citra, Citra Hyperboost, Freestyle Motueka & Galaxy. A huge effervescent burst of exotic citrus orchard and creamy vanilla on the nose—you can close your eyes and almost feel the humidity. Notes of Creamy Key Lime Pie Filling, Fresh-Squeezed Grapefruit for Breakfast & a Swirl of Orange Zest Yogurt.

Panda thanks to Wingman. A mild to medium haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, starts smooth, decent fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Smooth pale malts, quite light, a decent creamy sweetness. Soft pine. Aggressive hop spice grabs hold and never lets go. Soft citrus hops. A little stone fruits. Mild Motueka lime. Light finish. The hop spice just keeps going and is now burning the softer parts of me north and south. Punky!

panda at the in-laws in Broadstairs, thanks to Dave, 01/10/2025.
Hazed orange topped with an off white cap that thins to spotting.
Nose is punchy tropical fruits, pine resin, guava, mango flesh, papaya, mandarin.
Taste comprises grapefruit, pine resin, hop spice, mango, dank tickle, guava, ripe melon.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow rising boost.
Solid kit.

Note: Brewer marketed as a Triple New England, but unable to add it here as this (so dropped to Imperial New England) - Intense overload of zesty citrus and tropical fruit, motueka crushed lime and lemon, passionfruit and mango, citrus peel, orange creamsicle, dense creamy smooth sweet malty body and mouthfeel, assertive hoppy finish. Top drawer, drinks well below its abv
