This member-only anniversary beer is inspired by Eleven's love of Eggo waffles. We wanted to bring that flavor to a barleywine, so we took a slightly sweet barleywine base and added Eggo waffles, maple syrup, and vanilla.

8oz goblet is a dark brown, rootbeer color, ring of beige head. Nose is very sweet treacle and brown sugar and banana. Yes banana. Booze. Candles. Flavor is better, but really just caramel and cream soda and sticky toffee pudding. Full, sweet finish. Sticky. 7 6.5 7 7 7
