This is the next installment coming out of our Barrel #13, which was once a red wine barrel but is now neutral while still putting out a fantastic oak character. The blend that aged in the barrel included various barrel-aged saisons, including a saison with juniper and spruce that was previously aged in a gin barrel and most of which went into Biere de Pieces #32.

On tap at the brewery. Clear golden with small white head. Nice easy going citrus, tad vinous, white grapes, gin notes, very clean.
