A clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of mid sweet grainy pale malt, straw. Taste of mild sweet grainy and breadish malt, biscuit, moderate spicy bitterness.

Clear golden with a fluffy head. Roasted malt, bread, grain, hay, metal, sourdough. Malty sweetness, slightly sourish, slightly metallic bitter. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry sourish grainy sweet metallic finish. Nice Festbier!
