Deze speciale Nocturne is een blend van drie- en zesjarige volmoutbrouwsels, vermengd met wat jonge lambik. En met
een overvloed aan zeer donkere mout. Spontaan vergist, zoals al onze lambikken, maar zonder het aandeel rauwe tarwe.
Dit is onze interpretatie van een echte Vlaamse Oud Bruin.

This special Nocturne is a blend of three and six year-old full-malt brews, blended with some young lambik. And with loads
of very dark malt. Spontaneously fermented like all of our lambikken, but without the raw wheat portion, this is our take on
a real Flemish Old Brown.

15cl pour @ 3 Fonteinen, drawn from the barrel through a handpull. Pours very dark brown, with a ring of tan foam. Comforting dark malt, hints of roast, soft acetic element.. nicely wild. Doesn't ring the oud bruin bell for me, but quite ok.
