Can to tulip.
Appearance: semi-pale yellow color with a small cap of white foamy head which dissipated inward and barely left any lace
Aroma: the coriander spice to mix with some orange peel and some lemon sweetness, Belgian yeast is there but so far down in there
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a certain sweetness up front and an even lighter note of the coriander; finishes orangey, lemony and some sweet wheat
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, very smooth along the tongue to the point of being between mobile and watery, no coriander to embrace my tongue (I was expecting or perhaps hoping for some kind of spice involved assertiveness but nothing)
Overall: just seems like a weaker version of what could have been, I was hoping for a lot more. This might be better as a Summer seasonal.
