Brewery draught, 9/9/25.
Clear warm honey. Small, off-white head.
Sweaty, piney, bready. Not resinous! Clean, no booze. This is the other style in their wheelhouse.
Yeah, can't deny that's a delightful big ol WCDIPA. No resin, iced tea/crystal malt character or biting bitterness. Drying hops on the finish of near syrupy malt with huge honey and apple-raspberry fruitiness. Lingering orange blossom honey and candied orange rind. Very soft, malty, drinkable with a healthy but not overdone acidity.
