This trio of IPAs is a classic cinema trope in liquid form: the Brains, the Brawn, and the Beauty, each bringing its own prowess to the table to form an unstoppable force of hop-driven antics.
The Brains is a clean, crisp, and assertive expression, well-refined yet not to be underestimated. A well-considered lineup of Chinook, Cascase [sic] and Centennial hops on a lean malt profile delivers restrained bitterness with aromatics of citrus, florals, and pine forest.
