750ml corked and caged. Slightly hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Nice lemon, and tropical fruit. Slightly spicy, nice cereals, and slight funkiness. MOuth feel is very lively, lots of effervescence. Finish is low to medium bitter, bright, and clean mouth feel. Slightly dry finish, more citrus, stone fruit, with dried hay, and grassy notes.

(Bottle) Pale golden colour with big, frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with hay, pineapple, passion-fruit, grapefruit, pine needles, a touch of coconut and slightly bretty yeast. Spicy, hoppy taste with notes of tropical fruit, passion-fruit, pineapple, citrus, hay, white bread, hints of carraway and dill, spicy yeast and a mild citric, floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Solid and well made, another great beer from this reliable brewery. Great stuff.

Bottle picked up from Dranken Geers, Oostakker nr Gent Belgie and consumed at home Attenkirchen in the garden Easter Monday 22nd April 2019 listening to Fontaines DC's new album. Still contemplating cooking a Seafood and Chorizo Paella. Sparkly mid gold with a white head, funky and bretty nose but hoppy also. Rustic and punchy but with a swift dry finish, a little soapy at times, lots of hoppy burps. Good.

Bomber from Tavour. Hazy yellow / golden poor with an airy, fluffy head. Aroma is the normal Belgian yeast notes, some of the Brett funk, nice sourdough smells as well. Taste add some Citrus notes to it and some tropical, grapefruit, pineapple along with a little bit of a tart bite / funk from the yeast. Pretty solid Saison.
