Nectaron + Citra + Phantasm
Ke 4. výročí výčepu Sedm° jsme uvařili NEIPA s chmely Nectaron + Citra, které jsme doplnili magickým zeleným práškem Phantasm. Citra přináší grapefruit a mango, Nectaron šťavnatý ananas, marakuju a broskev. Phantasm odemyká thioly – bílý rybíz a „white-wine“ šťavnatost. Hladké zakalené tělo, příjemné nasycení, vyvážená hořkost a dlouhý džusový dozvuk.

Brewed to celebrate the 4th anniversary of Sedm°, this NEIPA showcases Citra and Nectaron, enhanced with the magic of Phantasm powder. Citra delivers grapefruit and mango, while Nectaron brings juicy pineapple, passion fruit, and peach. Phantasm unlocks thiols for notes of white currant and white-wine juiciness on a smooth and rich malt base.

Sweetish, chalky and mineraly with some tropical juicy fruitiness, citrus, pineapple, peaches and floral notes. A bit unbalanced

Tap at Napalmě. Hazy yellow body, off-whtie head. Sweet white wine, some light orange and a bit of peachiness in the aroma.. Lean, dry yet juicy taste, some citric jelly, light lychee mixed with some tangerine. Actually, Phantasm is in good shape here, but the body kinda fails it - sweetish, flatish, mineraloid, bit too sweet really.

Med body, med-light cereal. Light carbo, lacks more bubbles. Not very intense hops character, rather light stone fruits, general fruitiness. Overall too neutral, boring, not much going on. Light oxidized hops too. Average.
