Tan, some haze, not much head, herbaceous hops on the nose, but also some sulphury notes on the palate. Must be citra.

12oz can. Slightly foggy light orange peach pour. Sticking fine lasting head and lacing . Tropical mango and melon in the hop flavors. Smooth and a little heavy. Some sweetness goes with the big abv nicely. Quite good

Can from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a monstrous foamy white head. Aroma is pretty much citrus - even with grapefruit pith. Med body or so. It's not wholly dry, but far from sweet - malt just has to make itself known. More than moderately bitter. All that citrus in the aroma is reflected in the flavor - especially the pith - but pine/resin fights for prominence. Rather wow overall.

12 ounce can from Tavour. Brilliant orange gold color. Lovely pillowy white head. Fragrant aromas of sweet citrus, pineapple and pine. Flavor is bittersweet citrus, apricot and pine. Big boozy middle. Intensely bitter finish and aftertaste is redolent of crushed black pepper. A big beer for big boys and girls!

12oz can from Brewers Haven. Deep golden pour, one finger fluffy white head, some lacing. Aroma is citrusy. The taste brings the "extra" from the Beer 's name, huge zesty tang, notes of tangerine and orange peel. Very juicy, very tasty.

On tap at Fremont - Columbia City, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of candied fruits, resinous hops, pine, and sweet cereal malt. Flavour is ridiculously well-contained for a triple IPA, with resinous hops, oily pine, melon, and just enough sugars to balance. Wonderfully balanced. Excellent.

12 oz can. Aroma is catty, cantaloupe, biscuity malt, candied mango, pine. Pours hazy golden with a one finger bone-white head with decent retention. Taste has a high pithy bitterness backed by candy sweet malt.

From Good Times Oakland, canned July 29th.

Pours a pale gold, clear, finger of foam, retention and lacing very good.

Smell is tropical fruit, some dank notes, malty sweetness, and yes, dank notes are definitely there.

Taste is sweet and dank, caramel and tropical fruit, little bit spicy, some pine and orange zest, citrus, no sign of the substantial alcohol.

Close to full bodied, I would certainly drink this again.
