A beer we have been dreaming about since early 2023. Full Pour Pils is an Italian Style Pilsner made exclusively for our Northford taproom that combines our love for Northeastern grain and plentiful amounts of Saphire hops for a bright, crispy lager with plenty of hop aromatics.

Northford draught, 9/13/25.
As pictured.
Very fruity hops show mixed berry and light, freshly-cut grass. Light mineral and biscuit/dough to balance. Touch of honey. Very clean, low acidity.
Fruity with berries and mild citrus. Easygoing and bready with gentle malt sweetness. Low bitterness, but ample. Hop choice is interesting. Feels less like an Italian Pils, though, despite the hop flavor being strong and expressive. On account of the low bitterness and no pepper or herbal notes. Still delightful, of course.
