As with all bottles in the set, a wort made with rabbit hill malthouse grains were fermented and matured in oak barrels (that previously held Winter and Spring) with/ on existing lees, a single barrel was selected before the calendar turned to Fall. This barrel was then moved onto a moderate amount of local, tart, cherries for a short rest and maceration before bottle conditioning.
