Brewed with Citra, Simcoe, and HBC 630, this West Coast IPA leans hard into clean bitterness and layered hop expression. Bright citrus and classic pine from Citra and Simcoe set the stage, while HBC 630 brings a punch of red berry and sweet stone fruit to keep things interesting. The finish is crisp, dry, and resinous — exactly what you want from a proper West Coast. It's a West Coast IPA that perfectly marries the dankness of our favorite old school Westies while incorporating the nuances coming from the newer @yakimachiefhops varietals.

16 oz. can, courtesy of Ibrew2or3 (thanks Dave), pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a little allium, light pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour has gentle dankness, piney hops, a touch of allium, and crisp biscuity malt. Nice lightly dank, moderately piney hop finish. Very nicely made.

473mL can. Pours clear gold with a white head. Tons of bright pine, bitter resins, and only a touch of allium on the nose. Flavour has a very nice hop expression with lots of clean pine, some bitter resins; a bit of less pleasant white onion character from the Citra. No minerality and a decent body. Pretty solid.
