Single from Appalachian Vinter. Pint glass @home. 14:08:36, whatever that means. They usually stamp more obvious dates. Billowing cream head, hazy pale, orange gold body. Smells like something slightly foul & still fermenting. Subtle smoke, saltwater, plastic, mud. Taste is tart, heavy plastic, wild & active, watermelon, celery, salt, sweat. Very thin & crispy. I'm going to have a stomach ache.

Smells like pretzels for sure. Maybe pickles like Radagast says. Some salt I guess. Tart and tangy finish. Pours hazy orange with ok head. Tap at Snally.

Snallygaster 2022. Poured a slightly hazy big orange color with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma was big juicy notes. I got some dill pickles in this one? Light toasted notes, light juicy notes. Okay stuff.

750mL bottled 2019, drunk 9/24/22. Lightly hazy, brass-bronze. Small, white head. Not too much Brett, no gushing. Lemon, white bread, fresh pretzel. Soft and mild. Some sweaty, smokiness on the finish emerging with warming. Soft and juicy, lemon, vanilla, celery, salinity, bread and lingering acidity. Light sweetness, pepper. It's super mild but somehow no oxidation or thinning.

Bottle shared at THT July. Bit hazy yellow golden with very small white head. Soft lemon, wheat, light smoke, soft salty pretzels, light funk and dry fresh wood. Quite subtle sour, light sweet and salty, very light bitter. Over light bodied. Nice, super good for a low abv beer.

Sampled from the tap at Mixed Culture 2018. Porus a cloudy peach with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a smokey rye with light tart fruits underlying. Flavor has notes of tart light fruits, rye and a bit of funk/smoke underlying.

Bottle at home, thanks to jcnielsen for sharing. Hazy dark golden orange appearance with a thin off white head. There’s quite a bit of smoke in the nose alon with a little citrus. Quite tart. A little bready and chewy. High acid. Ehhh, fun to try but not worth a repeat purchase.
