De Lütte´s Mittelalter-Phantasie Rauchbier. Gebraut in Egestorf von Braumeister Jan. Direkt aus dem Herzen der Lüneburger Heide. Rauchig, rötlich, aromatisch aber nicht zu heftig. Geil zu: Gegrilltem, Burger, Speck, Spareribs.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 01.12.2025) im 2025-09 getrunken. Diese rotschwarze Bier kommt mit ein interessanten Kombination aus Süsse, Karamell, dunklen Beeren und etwas Rauch daher. Spannend auch wenn ich kein Freund von Rauchbieren bin.

0,33 l bottle from the source. BB 11/25. A darkest red brown in the glass, nearly black with reddish edges. One finger light beige foamy head. Looks good. Smokey with caramel and sweetness on the nose. Taste is a balance between malt and smoke elements. Nothing overpowered. Some bitterness. Very low carbonation. Nice one.
