Got in a BIF from KMitch. 12 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy golden amber color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, toasted biscuit, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. A bit malty/muddy aromas. Nice aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, toasted biscuit, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, toasted biscuit, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/sticky, and fairly crisp/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.5%. Overall this a very nice IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth, easy, and fairly crisp to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish, not aggressive. Feels like Classic C's/Amarillo hops. Very juicy and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; balanced bready Munich malt backbone, mild residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A very enjoyable offering. Well made and classic tasting style example.

On tap at Brick Store Pub, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out grapefruity hops, with citrus, and biscuity malt. Flavour is very crisp and punchy, with piney hops upfront, and crisp toasted biscuity malt. Punchy and bright. Very well-made IPA.

Pitcher shared at Dugan’s on Ponce. A: Deep dark yellow with good finger of head and good retention in pint glass. S: A little citrus but primarily pine and some bready malts. T: Very little citrus. Closely following the nose, lots of pine and very heavu bread/dough flavors. Not too boozy but very bready. M: Medium ti heavy with above average fizz and resinous finish. O: Nice IPA though not outstanding. Enjoyed this at the bar.

Tried on tap at the Brick Store Pub. Light caramel color, with a big, frothy, white head and lots of lacing. Nose is pine, butterscotch, light orange peel, and a touch of cloves. Lightly malty flavor up front, with a nice, mellow bitterness. Light to medium body, creamy, and lightly acidic. This is a pretty nice, mild IPA.
