On tap at the Bruery for the 2011 Saison de Lente release. Pours with a ever so lightly hazed golden body and a lasting white head. A nice aroma that is spicy with clove, pear, spiced apple and white pepper. Flavors are light, dry, spicy, wheat, bitter with some light, dried fruits. Lively and dry. A very estery and spicy saison without any brett character. Very nice to drink but I think I prefer either the partially bretted or the fully brett version better.
