Draught. Close to black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is coffee, roasted notes, some vinegary acidic elements with mild farmyardy elements. Flavour is coffee, funk, some chocolate, mild acidity with some red berries as well. Nicely tart finish with coffee bitterness kicking in to it as well.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish, roasted grain, grass, oak, burnt caramel, sorrel, mild vinegar. Taste is sour-ish dry, sorrel, burnt caramel, oak, bark, sour coffee, mild vinegar. Medium bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Nice and tasty stuff.
Clear dark amber color with a fine tan head. Dotted lacing. Looks nice. A fine intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a fine smooth carbonation. Good balance between sourness/acidity/sweetness. Oily texture. Vinous, mild oak, mild vinegar, toffee and fruity.

Bottle from Voldby. Very dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, tart fruit and light wood. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 200216

Dark copper-brown body, with a medium, fluffy, with a medium, fluffy, beige head.
Aroma of oak, red wine, leather, vinegar, overripe fruits, dark berries, some citrus candy.
Tastes of oak, red wine, vinegar, cocoa powder, overripe fruits, apples, sour citrus, some leather.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation.
Finishes sour, dry, fruity, wooden, with cocoa, some vinegar, some leather.
Tasty. Typical sour red/brown notes, but with some unique cocoa twist in the taste, which works surprisingly well. Pretty sour and quite heavy, but still quite smooth and a great sipper. Great, characterful style example.

BB 31.03.2017. almost black color, small tan head. smells sour, marzipan, nice wood notes, some coconut, some chocolate, very very nice smell. love it. medium to full body, medium carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes sour, funk, green apples, marzipan, nuts, some wood, light licorice, some chocolate, red wine, rather citric. finishes with wood and sourness, notes of green apples and bitter almonds / marzipan. good stuff, very nice sour beer, unusual color and taste, very lovely smell. Overall great beer. sourness: 4 / 5

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours dark red brown with a medium short lived beige head. Aroma of tart dark fruit, red fruits, raisins and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
