Is it a bird? Is it a Plane? IT IS…… THE BIRD OF PREY! OMG! What a phenomenon already! A supernatural IPA chock-full of citra, chinook and mosaic hops. One of the many beers Uiltje Brewing is so, so proud of. Always fresh, and always super hoppy.
Is the Bird of Prey out of control? You bet your *ss it is! But if you drink it immediately you’ll probably be able to temper it. And if you don’t drink it ASAP you can tame this bionic bird by storing it in a cool dark place. Otherwise it becomes kryptonite!
Our feathery friend is the ideal beer for real life superheroes! Do you sometimes feel a bit adventurous? Well, a can of our sublime Bird of Prey is all you need to start off with, and the adventures will follow subsequently. One of our most precious IPA's, or India Pale Ales if you will. Canned (from Alko web shop). Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some toffee and mild wooden and dry herbal eleents. Flavour is fruity, floral, some mild honey and mild vanillaish and wooden tones. Pleasantly balanced, but could have a bit more bitterness to it.

330ml can. Opalescent, orange golden colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity, slightly floral, minimally grassy, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, grapefruit, rather unspecific, oily fruitiness, pale malty background, minimally dusty, yeasty overtones. Taste is clean, moderately bitter, citrusy fruity, minimally grassy and floral hoppy, pale malty basis without residual sweetness, minimally diluted hints of lemon, grapefruit. Oily texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously dry palate, medium, soft, foamy carbonation. Very clean, almost aseptic, restrained, oily fruitiness - not overly impressive.
