75cl bottle from Noz. Gusher. Opens with a big pop. Pours a generally clear gold, very high carb. Exceptionally dry.. disappears on the palate, crisp apple skin, apple core, some juicy bittersweet fruit, gentle tannic handshake on the close. Not too bad.
