12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 8/30/2016. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with decent retention, that reduces to a minimal spotty lace cap that lingers. Minimal lacing on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Good appearance. Aromas of big lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, white grape, peppercorn, clove, banana, wheat, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, white grape, peppercorn, clove, banana, wheat, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Moderate yeast spiciness and herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, white grape, peppercorn, clove, banana, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and zero astringent flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, dry, and fairly grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a very nice Belgian pale ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. Not as complex as the Merry Monks as expected; but does share a lot of similarities, and is very flavorful for the low ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

Pours clear straw into a tulip. White head with little retention recedes to nothing. Banana and apricot aromas. Soft with dusty hay and banana upfront turning to sour fruit before the lasting clove finish.

12 ounce bottle. Medium gold color. Small white head. Faint toasted malt nose has yeasty notes. Flavor has spicy, yeasty malt notes. Low ABV makes this easy to quaff. Hints of coriander and Belgian yeast in finish.

House of 1000 Beers, New Kensington: pours light with some haze and white head. Aroma is light Belgian yeast, nice pale malts, and hints of apice. Nice Belgian taste. Slightly sweet. Super light. Good session.

Very mellow beer. Almost a stella but with a hint of florals and hay. Golden pour with decent head and lacing. Light bitter finish with maltt tang hint. Tap at Sharp Edge.
