A honey beer using 30% Orange Blossom Honey. The yeast ferments the sugar in the honey and leaves behind a dry, crisp beer with a delicate orange blossom and honey character.

12 oz can from the Publix, Cape Canaveral, 11/4/25. Clear golden-orange, smaller fizzy white head. Bright honey, orange zest, grains, light pepper. Quite clean, a little dry. The honey dominates here, bit it works nicely. Refreshing.

Really not a lot going on here. Some sourish malt. Pours golden without much head. Tangy, cloying finish. Some swampy type element here. Tap at Yard House Sawgrass Mills.

Slightly-above-average pils, better than most macro fare, but nothing to write home about. Avoids becoming overly sweet, instead providing a noticeable floral note from the honey; the rest of the pint is basic American pilsner, grainy and corn-laced, with a mild, non-bitter finish and notes of white bread and lemon in the fade. You could do worse on a balmy Orlando night.

I got this one in a trade with Wasatch. Thanks John!
This pours from 12oz bottle(label says brewed by Thomas Creek Brewery) a nice clear "Pilsner" straw gold with a large head of foam that just won't quit.
The smell has a chemical smell to it along with some faint notes of orange.
The taste is a big mix of honey and orange that's slightly pungent...that's the good part. The honey, I think, is over done and drags the taste down with its earthy, semi sweet, not so tasty flavour. I think they need go a different route because this doesn't work too well. Hell of a retentive head of foam though!
