Sample from bottle. Smell of oak, rye bread, roasted malt, tar, bourbon. Black colour, negligible head. Aroma of roasted malt, rye bread, chocolate, red berries, oak, bourbon, sugar. Foamy soft carbon. Very sweet, lightly bitter. Intense but balanced.

Intense barrel aroma with bourbon and heavy roasted malts. Bourbon and wood in flavor. Oily mouthfeel, smooth. Long finish, warming. Dark chocolate, wood. Massive sipper, complex beer for this abv.
