Voici Élémentaire, une nouvelle Double IPA dans la lignée des bières hyper saturées en houblons que nous avons sorti dernièrement ! Élémentaire met en vedette les houblon néo-zélandais Peacharine, Eggers Special et Nelson Sauvin avec un ajout de Nelson Hop Kief. Vous y trouverez des notes intenses de fruits tropicaux, de nectarine, de zeste d'agrumes et de cannabis avec une texture soyeuse et bon punch de houblons.

Sweet, creamy and tropical fruity with some stingy hoppiness, pine, citrus and grapefruit. Pretty intensely hoppy

A hazed milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, dank notes, light tropical fruits, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.

Hazy golden colour with an amber hue, a smaller white cap, leaving some foamy streaks of lace. Getting more Nelson Sauvin hops in the nose, with some blending peachy notes, some white grapes and hints of grass. A juicy mouthfeel with just a mild dryness in the end. Orange flavours with a light balance of peach, white wine and herbal hops. A decent juicy Double NEIPA with the Nelson Sauvin, citrus notes, mild peaches and hints of Riwaka (Eggers Special).
