Developed to showcase natural complexity and sweetness, the desert fruit ale is a decadent delight brewed with real figs, pears, and golden raspberries. This unique dessert style brew is an adventure worth submitting and savoring.
Mt Giona is one of the steepest slopes in the Balkans. The area’s rich biodiversity is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna. According to legend, even the demigoddess Selene once drove her moon chariot to visit a shepherd living on the mount.

Hazy tan with a small white head. Sweets tangy and a but tart with golden fruit and stone fruit and a light boozy note. Long finish. Moderately full bodied

Tiny HF glass at Sam's place. Thanks Mr. Muck!
Hazy orange, pear gold.
Strong apple juice, brown sugar & floral pear nose.
Strong, stiff, heavy honey pear, strong sharpness, mild berry, big bittersharp apple finish, lovely grassy finish.
Boozy, sharp, hyper pear, not terribly boozy for what it is.
I thought it was big for what it is. Mixer material.
