Brett Taylor from Brooklyn's Wild East Brewing sent down a sample of his house Brett-Saison culture for us to ferment this collaborative Belgian-inspired Grisette. We added bready Maryland-grown spelt from Migrash Farms in the mash, and citrus-spice Czech Saaz we selected in the kettle.
