12 oz. bottle, pours clear reddish amber with a tiny off-white head. Aroma brings out some perfumey notes upfront, followed by cherry juice and restrained lactic notes. Flavour brings out tart cherry juice upfront, followed by fairly prominent coriander, and a touch of lactic acidity. Tart, juicy, and spicy (from the coriander); on the finish. Not overly refined; though interesting, it's not very impressive or overly pleasant.

12 ounce bottle from Wine Warehouse, 7/21/16. Clear pink with a thin wisp of tannish head. Aroma of wheat, sweet cherries and a hint of salt. The taste is very tart cherry, salt, bready wheat. Thin bodied, mild carbonation, lingering tartness.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 9/8/2016. Pours slightly hazy reddish orange color with a 1-2 finger dense light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings around the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/sour cherry, cherry skin, lemon, orange, green apple, sea salt, light coriander, wheat, biscuit, and light lacto funk. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, cherry juice, salt/coriander, and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/sour cherry, cherry skin, lemon, orange, green apple, sea salt, light coriander, wheat, biscuit, and light lacto funk. Good amount of fruity/acidic sourness on the finish; with lingering notes of tart/sour cherry, cherry skin, lemon, orange, green apple, sea salt, wheat, biscuit, and light lacto funk on the finish for a while. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, cherry juice, salt/coriander, and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/sourness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from acidity as well. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately acidic/grainy/bready, and fairly saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a great fruited Gose style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, cherry juice, salt/coriander, and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the balanced malt/sourness. A very enjoyable offering.

This brew is a hazy ruby color with a thin pinkish-white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Short strings of lacing. Cherries, yeast and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of tart cherry, floral yeast and malt. The finish is moderately tart cherries with subtle wheat and salt in the background. Decent overall.

Tap at MacGregors. Rather faint nose of cherries. Flavor is cherries, including the almond-like stones, lemon, some cinnamon, creamy yogurt. Tasty and drinkable.

Pours a very nice rose from a bottle. Nose of cherry, surprise! Flavor is a lot of tart cherry, with some lactic sourness. Very good beer.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Aroma is light cherry, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is ripe cherry, tart, and brine. Cherry gets a little medicinal toward the finish.

Pours a clear, light pinkish-amber, with minimal head. Aroma is full of tart cherry. Flavor is a sour cherry, with a light sweetness. Could perhaps use just a touch more saltiness in the finish, but all in all, this is a very satisfying beer. One of the better fruit beers I’ve come across.

Sampled on draft at Gateway Grill this beer poured a Pink-red color with a medium sized pink-white head that left good lacing. The aroma was tart maraschino cherries. The flavor was tart, lactic, salty and had a maraschino cherry note. Long tart and salty finish. Medium body. Alcohol very well controlled. Odd.
