Ponyhawk - Mosaic Terpsauce, Columbus & Simcoe

oday we’re proud to release a special edition of a Resilience series favorite: Ponyhawk. Brewed in partnership with our friends at @hopguild, this reimagined Double IPA features Mosaic Terpsauce, early-harvest Columbus hops and Simcoe hops. Bursting with aromatics, it delivers layered notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and berry from Mosaic, balanced by the earthy pine resin character of Columbus and Simcoe. Doses of wheat and oats lend a silky, full mouthfeel that rounds out Ponyhawk’s bold hop profile.
