A divine collaboration between Killer Sprocket and Christopher Holmes, crowned Champion Brewer at Melbourne Brewer's Beerfest 2025.
Do not be deceived. Although bright, golden and effervescent, this is not your typical fizzy yellow beer. Aromas of citrus, banana and warming spice lead into a delicate honey sweetness interwoven with notes of clove and pepper.
This Tripel is a tribute to the Trappist masterpieces that opened Chris's eyes to the wide world of beer.
Pilsner Malt, Rye Malt, Wheat. Motueka, Hallertau Mittelfruh, Styrian Goldings Hops. Orange Peel, Coriander seeds.
