This two-barrel whisky geuze is a collaboration with AstaMorris. Bert selected a
butt - a 500 litre barrel made of European oak - that held PX sherry and Tullibardine whisky for four years and a 200 litre refill bourbon barrel that held
Glengoyne whisky for more than five years. All lambikken were brewed in the 22|23 season, rendering the weighted average age upon bottling to more than 22 months. 100% Fonteinen.

Bottle, directly from brewery webshop. Color: Hazy orangish golden, thin white head. Aroma: Fruity tart gooseberry, apple. Subtle rural funk, oak wood. Hints of Whisky. Taste: Following the aroma. Unripe grape notes. Over moderate tartness. Hints of vanilla-like sweetness. Medium body, below avefage carbonation. Nice complexity.
