500ml Bottle. Clear pale yellow hued body with a strong rush of carbonation as poured, but no retention/lace as per normal on a cider. First sniff is all carbonic bite, some funk (barnyard) and earthy notes beyond that, mild citrus. Flavors are phenolic forward (some bandaid and inflatable pool toys). Sort of Normandie-esque in that respect. Not offensive, but not flavors I’ve come to love. Mild citrus and almost strawberries. Very dry, massive amounts of carbonation. Medium to medium low tannin.
