A pale lager with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet rice adjunct malt with light German hops, light mineral notes, faint cereal, so-so. In mouth, a sweet rice adjunct malt with light German hops, light mineral notes, actually not bad. Bottle at Erras Ramen, Manila, 45 pesos, or about a dollar.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Toko Centraal, Nieuwegein. 8% ABV version, brewed in Hong Kong. Clear golden with a thin white head. Grainy aroma. Typical strong harsh boozy lager. Drain pour.

Clear pale golden colour, small frothy white head, mostly diminishing, minimal lacing. Aroma sweet malts, rice, alcohol, vegetables. Flavour medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grainy. Sweetbitter finish, bit boozy, drinkable.

Bottle (8%). Alcohol, perfume, paper, malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with moderate but short lasting head. Moderately sweet barley malt, and moderately strong bitter alcohol/old hay flavor. Minimal body. Probably an old bottle but can’t imagine it’s much better fresh.

From old tasting notes. Medium gold color. Bubbly white head. Salty sour nose. Tart, dry hoppy flavor. Dry citrusy backdrop. Dry hoppy finish. High alcohol sows in flavor.
