We brewed this IIPA with the wonderful folks at Bellwoods Brewery, after a challenge was given to make the same beer…but different! We used Mosaic, Cashmere, & Galaxy then independently added our own special flair to the shared recipe. The resulting big & bold yet soft-bodied ale is highly aromatic, with notes of mango, citrus zest, melon, & tropical punch.

Can from the LCBO. Hazy pale orange under a a rocky white head that lingers and produces stringy lace. A bit of particulate. Nose is melon, citrus and tropical fruit with some coconut and bubblegum. Light melon sweetness with a medium- citrus peel bitterness. Mouth is full and creamy with average carbonation and a chewy finish.

Can from LCBO. Taste is fairly sweet malt, tropical fruit, chocolate, resin with a lingering sweet and resin finish.

Semi sweet citrus, tropical, lots of melon. Nice mouth feel, soft carb, medium bitter. A bit papery, soft cereals, light grains, loads of dank hops in the finish.
