A short while ago we had the pleasure of linking up with @rockcitybrewing, first virtually, then in person. They’re an innovative, progressive, wicked brewery out of Amersfoort, Netherlands. This is our first international collaboration, and we couldn’t have had a better experience.
Dutch Pastry Stout is a thick and rich dessert stout, with chocolate covered pepernoten, stroopwaffle and vanilla. It’s big in ABV and flavour, but drinks easy and smooth.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
From tap at Rock City, Amersfoort. Fairly sweet with an aroma of roast, chocolate, marshmallow, sugar. Sweet candy finish but the roast adds some counterbalance. Overall nice Stout candy.
