Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, flesh, booze. Taste is sweet, appley, core, sugary, tangy, tannin, boozy. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet & drying finish. Quite OK.

Bladder bag at the Royston, Broadstairs, 02/10/2025.
Clear golden to copper with little in the way of a head.
Nose is bitter sweet apples, caramel, grass, light booze fumes.
Taste comprises bitter apples, some residual sugars, booze, straw, touch of caramel.
Medium plus bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close with a light buzz of alcohol.
Craft tramp cider at it's best ... the high boost is well masked in this one!
