A lush, radiant Gold Top DIPA that shines from the first sip. Citra and Moteuka sparkle with electrifying citrus intensity; a shimmering burst of luminous lime, grapefruit crush and sherbet lemon. Peacharine glides in on a wave of silky peach sorbet, swelling with nectarine sweetness and syrupy, ripe nectar. Rakau layers on juicy apricot and conference pear, before erupting with pineapple freshness. Lactose rounds every edge into a soft, glowing haze.

440ml can. Murky golden with a white head. Aroma of guava, lychee, peach, papaya, lime. Taste is sweet and juicy tropics, guava, peach, papaya, lychee, lime and grapefruit, low bitterness. Full bodied, smooth, creamy.
As much as I think lactose has no place in IPAs I do think Track have got the balance right now. Last few Gold Tops have been excellent in spite of it.

Can. A medium haze on this orange gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Cooling pine into Peacharine peach candyish flavours. Back end is juicy citrus with a little key lime. Mild hop spice. Some Rakau earthyness and exotics and a mild bitterness. Light crisp mildly hop spicy finish. Good stuff. When fridge cold, I thought this was a bit disharmonious but, warming up a few degrees, it starts to gel but, there is a mild soapy note which is quite a distraction.

Aarhus Together Festival TTO week ticks - Vibrant nectarine and peach, some pineapple, citrusy fruity notes, nice hop spice, dense creamy sweet malty backbone, assertive hoppy finish. Top drawer.
