BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Cloudy orange colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, musty, funk hint. Taste is sweet, appley, juicy, fruity, caramel note, with hints of earthy acetic funk and some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable
