Peste acest strat se asterne o aciditate vibranta, specifica stilului. Intregul ansamblu este accentuat de o prezenta subtila de sare de mare, adaugata pentru a intensifica aromele si pentru a oferi un final curat si revigorant.

A really special beer, with everything you'd expect from a flavored gose. Fig and walnut taste is present, honey right after, and gose is last.

Canned 500ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Brownish coloured, small off-white head that went away fast, sweet walnut in the nose. Sweet walnut, light fig, some caramel and noticable honey with sweet finish. No salt at all, wrong stale.
