Bucking Trends - 3.2% - Farmhouse Table Witbier
Working with the lovely team from All Day Brewing Company we collaborated on a ‘Farmhouse Table Witbier’ using a beautiful Heritage Hana Malt and experimenting with buckwheat, for the first time.
Expect notes of lemon, and earthy undertones on the nose from the buckwheat, carrying through into the flavour of the beer with a zippy and tart finish.
