This special drop is made from Katy apples, renowned for their crisp, well rounded flavour. An excellent eating or cooking apple, Katy also shines as a cyder. Straw gold in colour, with bold aromas suggesting flowers and pears, each sip reveals delicate stone fruit flavours and a gentle fizz. And at 5.5% ABVB, it slips down a treat.

750ml bottle from the Newt. Sparkling, golden colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fruity, apple, core. Taste is sweet, ripe appley, fleshy, baked notes, floral, fruity, crisp, with some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet fleshy acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
