There is sauerkraut in my lederhosen. I repeat: There is sauerkraut in my lederhosen! Which is exactly the way it should be when drinking a Oktoberfest-style Märzen, brewed with 100% imported German ingredients. Bring the bierhaus to your haus with this award-winning, ubër popular seasonal beer that delivers a blitzkrieg of rich malt and caramel sweetness. Pairs perfectly with traditional festival favorites, like Bauernseufzer, roasted pig knuckle, and Bavarian soft pretzels that are larger than your head. Oans, zwoa, g’suffa!

12 oz. bottle purchased at Total Wine & Liquor in Colorado Springs, CO. Pours a clear bronze color with a thick beige head and good retention. Minimal lacing. Malty aroma. Sweet, strong malt-forward and caramel flavor with zero bitterness. Low carbonation results in a smooth mouthfeel. Medium+ body. Clean and flavorful.

# 682; 3/2017. Osobitý, ovocnější březňák, zcela odlišný od těch německých, který jsem ochutnal. Plnější, karamelové tělo doplněné kořenitostí a tóny sušených meruňek a šípku.

This is another one of the beers that I've reviewed before and RB has lost it. The Aromas are metallic, mineral, a little spice and malt. The flavors are slightly like nose, on the sweet side and simplistic. Little bitter and decent carbonation and body. One and done.

Bottle, Café Morshuis in Albergen. 5,2% on the label. Brown color, no head. Blackcurrant, malt and raisin in the sweetish, amost vinous flavor. Somewhat sticky mouthfeel. Slight earthy bittercookie dough aftertaste. Nice one, but not really comparable to German Oktoberfest beers.
